Full Terms of Service
1. Parties and Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Kartikey Mishra, an individual operating under the trade name Krevow (“Krevow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at krevow.store.
By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of the Krevow platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
2.1 Minimum Age You must be at least 18 years of age to use Krevow. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 Country-Specific Age Requirements In jurisdictions where the legal age of majority exceeds 18 years, you must meet that higher age requirement. Krevow reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals below the applicable minimum age will be suspended immediately and any pending orders refunded.
2.3 Age Verification Upon registration, you may be required to confirm your age. In countries with heightened age verification requirements for freelance services, you will be asked to provide a government-issued identification document before your account is activated.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions Krevow operates globally but reserves the right to restrict access in jurisdictions where providing freelance creative services is prohibited or requires licensing that Krevow does not currently hold. A list of restricted jurisdictions, if applicable, will be maintained at krevow.store/legal/restrictions.
3. Services Offered
Krevow provides the following creative freelance services:
3.1 Video Editing Editing of raw footage provided by the Client, including but not limited to: color grading, pacing, music synchronisation, motion graphics, subtitle integration, and export in agreed formats.
3.2 Business Strategy Analysis and strategic advisory services including but not limited to: social media strategy, content calendar creation, competitor analysis, audience research, and growth planning, based on data and materials provided by the Client.
3.3 Web Development Development services including but not limited to: bug fixing, feature development, landing page creation, React-based frontend work, and full-stack development, based on a brief and materials provided by the Client.
3.4 Game Strategy Coaching Analysis of gameplay footage and replay files, provision of tactical and strategic coaching reports, VOD reviews, and improvement plans based on materials provided by the Client.
4. Ordering Process
4.1 Order Placement An order is placed when the Client selects a service, completes the order form including a written brief, uploads required files, and completes payment.
4.2 Order Acceptance An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Krevow begins work. Krevow reserves the right to decline any order that falls outside its stated service scope, involves content it determines to be illegal, harmful, or unethical, or cannot be completed to its quality standard. In the event of a declined order, a full refund will be issued immediately.
4.3 Brief and Materials The Client is responsible for providing an accurate, complete brief and all necessary files at the time of ordering. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect materials provided by the Client are not the responsibility of Krevow and may affect the delivery date.
4.4 Delivery Date An expected delivery date is set automatically based on the service selected. Krevow may adjust this date if required and will notify the Client immediately of any change.
5. Revision Policy
5.1 Video Editing Each video editing order includes two (2) free revision rounds. A revision round is defined as one set of consolidated feedback submitted by the Client. Additional revision rounds beyond the included two are available at a fixed fee displayed at krevow.store/pricing.
5.2 Business Strategy Each business strategy order includes one (1) free revision of the delivered strategy document or plan. Additional revisions are available at a fixed fee.
5.3 Web Development Each web development order includes revisions as specified in the order brief and agreed upon at the time of ordering. Features or changes outside the original brief scope are treated as new orders.
5.4 Game Strategy Coaching Each game coaching order includes one (1) follow-up question round after delivery. Full re-analysis based on new footage is treated as a new order.
5.5 Revision Requests All revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. Revision requests submitted after this period will be treated as new orders.
5.6 Scope of Revisions Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original brief. Changes to the fundamental scope, style, or direction of the project are not covered under free revisions.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Before Work Begins (Full Refund) If Krevow has not yet commenced work on your order, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. You may request this by contacting support@krevow.store or through the messaging thread on your order page.
6.2 Work in Progress (Partial Refund) If Krevow has commenced work but not delivered the final product, you are entitled to a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed at the time of the cancellation request, assessed fairly by Krevow. The minimum refund in this scenario is 50% of the order value.
6.3 After Delivery (Resolution-First Policy) If you are dissatisfied with a delivered order, Krevow’s primary commitment is to resolve the issue, not to immediately process a refund. Upon raising a concern after delivery, Krevow will:
a) Acknowledge your concern within 24 hours b) Propose a specific remedy (revision, re-delivery, or partial credit) c) Work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome
If after exhausting reasonable resolution attempts the Client remains dissatisfied, a full or partial refund will be issued at Krevow’s discretion, based on the nature of the complaint and the work delivered.
6.4 Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The Client provided an inaccurate or incomplete brief and the work was delivered in accordance with what was provided
- The Client changed the project scope after work commenced
- The Client’s dissatisfaction is based on subjective preference changes rather than quality concerns
- The Client violated these Terms
6.5 Refund Processing Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to the payment provider’s timeline.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Client Ownership of Deliverables Upon full payment and delivery, the Client owns all deliverables produced by Krevow for that specific order. This includes the right to use, distribute, publish, and modify the deliverable without restriction.
7.2 Client Ownership of Source Materials All source materials, raw footage, data, documents, and files provided by the Client to Krevow remain the exclusive property of the Client at all times.
7.3 Krevow Retention of Methods Krevow retains ownership of its methodologies, workflows, templates, proprietary tools, and general knowledge. Delivery of a project does not transfer ownership of these elements.
7.4 No Reuse Without Permission Krevow will not use, reproduce, display, or reference any Client materials or deliverables for portfolio, marketing, or any other purpose without the express written consent of the Client. Clients may optionally grant portfolio permission during or after the project.
7.5 Third-Party Assets If Krevow uses licensed third-party assets (music, stock footage, fonts, etc.) in a deliverable, Krevow will ensure those assets are licensed for the Client’s intended use. The Client is responsible for any third-party licensing requirements that arise from their own use beyond the agreed scope.
7.6 Client Warranty The Client warrants that all materials provided to Krevow are owned by the Client or that the Client has the legal right to use them, and that their use by Krevow in producing the deliverable will not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 Mutual Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an order.
8.2 NDA on Request Clients may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive materials. NDA requests must be submitted before the order is placed. Krevow will provide a standard NDA template upon request at no additional charge.
8.3 File Retention and Deletion Uploaded source files are stored securely and automatically deleted 14 days after delivery. Clients are advised to download all deliverables before this period expires. Krevow is not liable for files that cannot be recovered after deletion.
9. Platform Conduct
9.1 Prohibited Content Clients may not submit orders involving:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Content that infringes third-party intellectual property
- Content that is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
- Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
- Malware, phishing, or any harmful software
- Content designed to deceive or defraud
9.2 Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
9.3 Misuse Krevow reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive behaviour toward Krevow or its team, or attempts to circumvent platform security.
10. Payments
10.1 Payment Processing Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (PayPal, Razorpay, or others as listed on the platform at time of order). Krevow does not store card details.
10.2 Currency Prices are displayed in USD by default with Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) adjustments available for eligible countries. The currency charged is determined at checkout.
10.3 Taxes Krevow is an individual freelancer based in India. Applicable taxes (including GST where required) will be applied in accordance with Indian tax law and international obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, Krevow is not currently GST-registered. Once registered, GST will be applied and invoices updated accordingly. Clients in certain jurisdictions may be subject to VAT or other local taxes, which are handled by the payment provider.
10.4 Pricing Changes Krevow reserves the right to update service prices at any time. Prices are locked at the time of order placement and will not change for orders already in progress.
11. Delivery and Delays
11.1 Delivery Commitment Krevow will use reasonable efforts to deliver orders by the expected delivery date.
11.2 Delay Notification If a delay is anticipated, Krevow will notify the Client at least 24 hours before the expected delivery date and provide a revised delivery date.
11.3 Client Rights on Delay If delivery is delayed beyond the revised delivery date through no fault of the Client, the Client may request a full refund regardless of work progress.
11.4 Force Majeure Krevow is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to power outages, medical emergencies, natural disasters, or service provider outages.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Maximum Liability Krevow’s total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that specific order.
12.2 No Consequential Damages Krevow is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or lost business arising from the use of deliverables.
12.3 No Guarantee of Results Krevow does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. a specific number of followers, revenue, or game rank improvement) from any deliverable. Deliverables are provided in good faith based on the brief provided.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Good Faith Resolution Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication before initiating formal proceedings.
13.2 Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes not resolved through good faith negotiation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
13.3 Language The authoritative version of these Terms is in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only.
14. Changes to These Terms
Krevow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email and/or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of order.
