Will the work be good?
I'm DaVinci Resolve certified and every order has a 100% money-back guarantee. If it's not right after revisions, you get your money back.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Contact me within 7 days. I'll revise it. If it's still not right, I'll refund you.
What if you can't do my project?
I'll tell you before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Video editing: 3–5 days. Strategy: 5–7 days. Web development: 7–10 days. Game coaching: 1–3 days. Rush available on all services.
How many revisions are included?
Video editing: 2 rounds. All other services: 1 round. Additional rounds available at a fixed rate.
Is rush delivery available?
Yes. Roughly half the standard timeline at a 40–75% premium. You'll see the exact price on the order form.
Can I order multiple services at once?
2 services: 10% off. 3 services: 15% off. 4 or more: 20% off.
How do I receive my files?
Via a secure Google Drive link in your client portal. Files are deleted 14 days after delivery.
What files do I need to provide?
The order form shows exactly what's required per service.
Are you GST registered?
Not currently. An invoice is provided for every order.
