Plain English Summary

  • You buy once. No subscription, no renewal, no expiry.
  • You use it forever — on as many of your own projects as you like.
  • You cannot resell, share, or redistribute it. The license is personal, not transferable.
  • Krevow owns the underlying work. You own a license to use it, not the file itself.

1. Grant of License

Upon completing a valid purchase of a digital asset (“Template”) through krevow.store, Krevow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Template for the purposes set out in this document.

This license is personal to you (the purchasing account) and cannot be assigned, sublicensed, or transferred to any third party.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the Template in unlimited personal and commercial projects of your own
  • Modify, adapt, or customise the Template for your own use
  • Use the Template on behalf of clients (in the context of services you provide to them) — the end product delivered to the client is permitted, but not the Template file itself

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, license, sublicense, or redistribute the Template file (in original or modified form) as a standalone product
  • Include the Template in any product, bundle, or collection that is sold, given away, or distributed to others
  • Share the Template file with any third party, including colleagues, contractors, or clients
  • Upload the Template to any stock, template marketplace, or file-sharing service
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the Template
  • Use the Template in any way that violates applicable law

Each purchase is licensed to one account. If a team or agency needs access, each team member must purchase their own license, or contact Krevow for a multi-seat arrangement.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Template, including copyright, remain exclusively with Krevow. This license does not transfer ownership of the Template or any intellectual property rights.

5. License File

A license file is included with each downloaded asset. It contains:

  • Asset name and version
  • Your purchase ID
  • License type and terms summary
  • Link to full license terms (this page)

You should retain this file as proof of your license.

6. Updates

If Krevow releases an updated version of a Template you purchased, you are entitled to download the updated version at no additional cost, subject to the same terms. Check your “My Downloads” dashboard for available updates.

7. Revocation

Krevow may revoke this license immediately upon notice if:

  • You breach any term of this license
  • Your purchase is refunded (see Refund Policy)
  • The purchase was obtained fraudulently

Upon revocation, you must cease all use of the Template and delete all copies in your possession.

8. No Warranty

Templates are provided “as is.” Krevow makes no warranty that the Template will meet your requirements, be free from errors, or be compatible with your specific software version. Compatibility details are listed on each Template’s product page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krevow’s liability arising from or related to your use of a Template is limited to the amount you paid for that Template.

10. Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
